Semester in Europe!

Que the water works because the count down to the end of the semester has begun... We had our spring dinner party on Thursday and it was such a perfect night for all of us. That day after classes we all ran out and got new dresses to show off at Shari Vari, where the party would take place. After rushing to get ready in time for a roomies photo shoot, we ran through the streets of Rome with our Monti fam, in our wedges and dresses, and claimed the first spots in the huge dinning room they placed us in. We had a delicious three course meal that involved everyone switching seats every course (or twice during one course) so that we all had a chance to talk to everyone because the sentimental side of everyone is coming out. So, not only was today the dinner party, but it also was Rome's birthday weekend. We were told there were going to be fireworks over Castle Saint Angelo, over the river, so after dessert we all took off running to the river in order to make it for fireworks at 11:30. When we got to the bridge there were no signs of crowds to watch the fireworks or anything but we waited anyway... come midnight there were still no fireworks... but we didn't care because we had all been together and we had fun waiting anyways! By this time Justine and I had a solid 3 hours before we needed to "wake up" and get ready to go to a bus to go to the airport to go to Paris, so we went home! But instead of sleeping for two or three hours, we decided to finish packing and stay up doing random things so come 3am we got in the showers and grabbed our bags and were off to Termini to catch the bus to the airport!! We made our flight on time and headed to Paris!
