We boarded the train and made it to Florence just in time for lunch! Of course I took Mimi and Daddad to Industria for lunch and they loved the pizza! We got to sit outside this time which was nice. Then we walked along the river to Ponte Vecchio which was so beautiful. It was amazing weather and not a cloud in the sky! We walked up and down the shops on it and looked out over the views! We then meandered our way over to the Duomo, stopping of course for gelato at Venchi. We also stopped in Louis Vuitton for Mimi to get her fun purse!! At the Duomo there was some sort of celebratory parade going on that we stopped and watched! After ogling over how incredible the Duomo was we made our way to the leather market! We stopped before going in for some coffee though! In the leather market we found my lady and got our goodies from her. She remembered me again and was so happy to see the "third generation!" After hitting the leather market we headed back to the river where we got some nice glasses of wine before having an incredible dinner at Perione and heading back to Rome!
