Europe

As we had both finished our breakfast cereals Richard headed out at 8.45am to purchase something for breakfast, as usual supermarket didn’t open until 9am so he continued down the road looking for a bakery which also wasn’t open, he returned to the supermarket just as it was opening & purchased some rolls. We had these with jam. We then finished our packing, we’d had a coffee maker in all our apartments but hadn’t used them after making a mess with one in Paarl, South Africa, but I decided rather than have a not so good coffee from a local cafe (that’s if I could have found one open) that I might as well have a not so good one I made at home. Well five pods later we did get some coffee out of the machine, I heated milk on the stove & the coffee was actually not too bad (we have a coffee maker in our new apartment.... a different brand, maybe this one will work better lol).
Our bus left at 12 noon & we’d been unable to book a taxi so we left the apartment just before 11am. We walked down to a main road & then headed towards an intersection, we didn’t have to wait too long. We arrived at the bus station in plenty of time, located the bus & waited for the driver who arrived at 11.55am, we arrived in Murcia a bit late, 3.25pm (due at 3.15pm) & made our way to our apartment. Our host showed us some things to do & has also sent some ideas & photos of places through on WhatsApp. We then headed to the supermarket for milk, dinner & breakfast supplies. Penne bolognaise for dinner.
