2017 Alaska adventure - Glacier Park Montana

Wednesday 7/19, we took the opportunity to drive the Going to the Sun Road through Glacier National Park. The scenery was breathtaking; however, no wildlife was sighted except for a small animal (have no idea of what it is) that we saw while in one of the overlook areas. There were many waterfalls, lakes, rivers, glaciers, and woodland areas to explore. Since our time was limited, we only walked one short trail to a see a waterfall. The Going to the Sun Road is very narrow and traverses the side of mountains. At many times we were looking straight down the mountainside. But it was beautiful.

Florida/Atlanta
While we were gone, we travelled from Florida to Atlanta allowed us to meet many of our for my step-father’s service. It was a lovely service and allowed us to reacquaint with many relatives. My step father was a wonderful man and will be missed by all.
