2017 Alaska adventure -British Columbia to Omak, Washington

We passed through the remnants of the wildfires plaguing British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon. We did not pass through any active fire areas but there is smoke in the air and the smell of wood smoke is intense. The small town of Omak had been evacuated about 3 weeks prior to our arrival due to the danger of the wildfires.
