2017 Alaska adventure - South Dakota to Wyoming

Sunday 7/16/17 we left Rapid City and headed to Sheridan, Wyoming. We had an uneventful ride through wide open areas. You could see for miles and miles of grass lands. Approaching Sheraton we had our first views of the Rockies. After setting up in our campsite we travelled into Sheraton for some sightseeing. We peaked into the Sheridan Hotel. This hotel was built in 1897 and was completely restored several years ago. We also toured the 1913 Trail End Historic house.
