Calgary to San Francisco
Time to leave Chris, Lindsey, Kian and Lewis for the solo part of my holidays. We spent the morning at the apartment before driving down to Victoria. After dropping my luggage off at the ferry terminal we went to Beacon Hill Park where we walked down to the shoreline. It is quite rocky which was fun for climbing on and has views across the Juan de Fuca Strait to the Olympic Mountains of Washington. We saw the Mile 0 sign for the beginning of the Trans-Canada Highway and then Chris dropped me off at the ferry terminal and after lots of hugs and kisses for the boys I caught the ferry to Seattle.
