Calgary to San Francisco
This morning we left Calgary to travel along the Icefield Parkway to Jasper. We had a short stop-off in Banff for an ice cream where Lindsey happened to spot two old colleagues! We moved on to Lake Louise for a picnic before driving up the spectacular Parkway to the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre. Here we went on the Athabasca Glacier on an Ice Explorer and then on the Skywalk. They were just building the Skywalk when we were here before and it was amazing to be able to see down the canyon through the glass floor. Kian especially liked the Ice Explorer as we had bought a model one for him when we came before. We then drove on to Jasper for the night.
