Calgary to San Francisco
We eventually managed to get everything packed into cases and bags after much weighing and repacking! Our flight home was just after 3pm so we had plenty of time to get to the airport and return the car. It was a relieve to get rid of the big cases at the baggage drop but we still had two bags each plus pillows. Evie still wasn’t well and one of her eyes was hurting and she couldn’t open it properly. The flight home was long and we arrived back to Gatwick at 9.40am, were soon through customs and on the train back to Stevenage. It was a good job the train wasn’t full as we took over a few seats, had the pillows and blanket out and looked like we were camping out! Evie’s eye got worse on the flight and she is now at the hospital being monitored and on antibiotics.

Time for home
