Calgary to San Francisco
We left Whistler early this morning heading for Horseshoe Bay to catch the ferry to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. The drive down the Sea to Sky Highway was very picturesque as most of our journeys have been. The crossing was good and upon arrival we drove into Nanaimo for a look round. We headed for the Old Quarter where we found a waffle shop so it was waffles for brunch. We then walked along the harbour front before continuing our journey. Our next stop was at Wildplay where Chris, Lindsey and Kian went on the treetop adventure course with climbing challenges and zip lines. Lewis had a great time climbing on tree stumps and rocks. We watched people Bungy jumping and on the primeval swing before leaving to get to Mill Bay where we are staying in an apartment with views of the sea.
