Got out of the car and gagged- it was hot. No shade here, however, under the awning was bearable.
Oh My Goodness:
Halls Creek: Natives, hanging around the place again and the Visitors Centre was 'in a cage'. Even the dump point was 'in a cage'! The Op Shop lady got the towns mixed up, as we also heard bad reports about Campers getting things stolen in the Caravan Park.
The 'Pushies':
The roads are quite narrow and then all oif a sudden you come across a push bike rider. Don't know how they do it- I'd die!! too hot and hilly!
Highlights:
Scenery:
Lots of rocky outcrops, more cows and termite moulds. Lots more trees, now!
The Wier:
Went for a walk at night up to the weir (must have been the old road) Huge, but no water!
