The 'jip' took us the 'short way' up and over the mountain on a dirt road- the dirt roads here are, so far, very civilised. They look as if they are constantly graded. Beautiful scenery! This was a 48 hour
stop over so it was just a rest and catch our breath after the klms on the Nullabor!
Oh My Goodness:
The Beaches and scenery in the Fitzgerald River National Park were amazing!
Highlights:
We camped on the Esplanade- right on the beach! Oh yah lovely!!!
Fitzgerald River National Park: We went for a drive from the township through the National Park. Absolutely stunning views and beaches!!!
The Farm Gate Art:
We saw a lot of this along the way. Locals create sculptures from farm scraps.
