Today, we woke up and had a quick breakfast with Uncle Mike and Aunt Liz. There was lots of waving as we left!

Then, we drove through Indiana and into Illinois. LOTS of corn along this drive!!

We were going to make it to our RV Park at 3:00, but we aren’t accustomed to that, so we decided we’d make another stop. We stopped at the Lincoln Museum, and toured it for about two hours. This museum was the coolest one we’ve seen. Part of the reason is just because they don’t have as many artifacts as the newer presidential museums, but they re-created so many actual events, that it was AWESOME! Most interesting museum for kids too!

Then, we wandered over to the house Lincoln lived in before becoming President and moving to Washington D.C. The state has preserved the street so it looks as it did when Lincoln lived there. Very cool!

Then, we went to a grocery store to stock up on some wine and local beer before we made our way to our RV Park. We turned the A/C on full blast as soon as we arrived. Back to the HEAT!!!!! We ate inside tonight!!
