The Sassy llamas
After our G&T's in the hostel last night, we started chatting to Marshal, an American ready to show up what San Fran had to offer! We got the metro to Castro (gay district) and went to the worlds first video bar for a drink! We then went to a night club to shake it out to Taylor Swift!
First thing we walked to city hall (a lot of homeless people). Joined the San Fran run and it's thousands of drunk people dressed in all types of costumes! We followed the crowd to Alamo Park to look for the painted lady houses which feature in the opening credits of the America sitcom Full House! On our second attempt we found the six houses! We strolled on to Golden Gate park, sat and had lunch in the playground watching the children on the jungle gym, being very critical! We strolled around the park for a while, coming across a band, so sat and listened to the music!
Visited the Japanese Gardens and Lake, then got a street car to our long awaited cold stone icecream!
