1. Try San Pedro market in Cusco for shopping
2. Expect cold weather, make sure to have a hat, gloves, scarf for Cusco and Puno
3. Get Diamox got altitude sickness, just incase
4. Bring a lot of treats (chocolate/biscuits), a pack of cards and toilet paper for the Inca Trail
5. Use Bolivia Hop to get from Cusco to La Paz (includes trip to floating Islands and Isla del Sol)
