Cococabamba - Hotel Wendy Mar, 4/5, lovely breakfast, good location
La Paz - Hostal Ananay, 4/5, nice rooms, stored bags while in Amazon, nice location and good breakfast
El Alto Airport - International Hostel, 3/5, difficult to find but helpful owner
Amazon - Ingenina (Kanoo tours basic package) 3/5, informed guide, good food but no life jackets
La Paz - Wild Rover, great food and night life, clean bathrooms, hair dryers and nice staff
Uyuni - Hostel Oro Blanco, 4.5/5, helpful owner, heaters and good breakfast
Salt flats - Red Planet tours, basic accommodation but worth the views and hot springs

Things to do in Bolivia
1. Salt Flats tour 3d/2n, with red planet (can book at gravity office) - €185 (includes transfer to San Pedro)
2. Death Road with Gravity - €100
3. Walking tour with red cap company (2/3hours) - 20 bolivianos (plus tip)
4. Cable cars, green and yellow route - 12 bolivianos (return)
5. Amazon, if you have time to spare and the funds - €165 (flight with amazonas €185), make sure to try the French patisserie in Rurrenbarque!

Things learnt in Bolivia
1. Wrap up warm for bus journeys, we used Bolivia Hop to get to La Paz and Cruz del Nur to get to Uyuni, both freezing
2. Try the Eagle and Condor in Cococabana, it's open till 2pm but had amazing soda bread
3. They charge entrance fees to all parks which are not included in prices, so have cash
4. Eat and drink at the Wild rover hostel
5. You can book airline tickets to Rurrenbarque with Kanoo tours
6. To avoid mosquito bites buy nets in La Paz, and dress in white to stay cool
7. Bolivia is COLD (in July), buy leg warmers, hats, gloves etc in La Paz
8. You can start and finish the amazon trip on the day of your flights if you get 6am flight on day one and 6pm flight on day three
9. Get yourself American dollars here if you want to save some cash in Argentina
