The Sassy llamas
After a fuel stop, we headed off to Los Angeles, after a little re routing on the numerous lanes coming into L.A. we found the Farmers Market and a carpark.
We hopped on the hop on hop off bus, and started the red route - passing Melrose Place and Paramount Studios! We disembarked and walked down some of the stars on Hollywood Boulevard, and stopped into the Dolby Theatre (where the Oscars are held). We got back on the bus and continued on the red route down Sunset Boulevard and Rodeo Drive. We transferred onto the yellow route, had our lunch and headed west to Santa Monica Beach, through Brentwood and Westwood (seeing Marilyn Monroes former residence and the Beverly Hilton where the Golden Globes are held).
We tried Chiplote Mexican bowls for dinner, which Rach rated a 8.5! #wow
Back to car and off for our self directed trip to the Hollywood sign (after Conors phone died!) - but we got there, to have the sun ruin our Hollywood sign selfie! So off we went on the path less traveled to a view point, watching the sun set behind the sign! After a pipe slide down another one of Conor's shortcuts we got back to Griffith Observatory. Now sitting in the back seat as Rach and Conor navigate the way back to Fullerton!
