Europe 2017

Take 2: I typed this once and it didn't save...yeah not happy. So this will not be as funny or detailed. I apologize. I just really need to go to sleep before our 5:30 wake up call.

I was dragging this morning. So sleepy. The French test was a breeze. After the test I was going to take a nap before Our Western Heritage, but I started looking at free travel details. We found out that what we thought would be bus rides, were actually trains so that made our day. Less money we have to spend now. WOO. OWH took five-eva. Then we had chapel and lunch. We ate poppyseed chicken (one of my faves), corn, beans, and bread. After lunch, I took that much needed nap. And boy did I sleep. I slept until about 3:30 and then packed. Packing this time was much easier since it is only a week, and I am more experienced. I am not taking my computer though. That means I may not be able to post as often/maybe not at all. I will still journal, but I will post them later if I need to. Dinner was leftovers and cheese toasties. During dinner, a couple of the groups were having some breakdowns since they were concerned about making one of their flights on time. Tears were shed, screams were heard, and crazed laughter filled the air. It was chaos, but they will be okay. After dinner, I uploaded pictures while everyone else packed. I also went over our itinerary to double check the details and printed out some tickets. Our group then went over the itinerary. We are pretty sure we are ready. Let's hope anyway:) Annecy and Ireland, here I come!

Fun Facts: I am getting better at packing, and I now realize I brought way too many clothes on this trip from the beginning. I thought I was taking the bare essentials, but I have quickly realized I have some clothes I will probably never wear. I probably only needed to bring about a weeks worth of clothes, maybe less. I am a pro at making clothes versatile and lasting multiple days. We have an 8 hour train ride tomorrow. Should be interesting!

Shoutout: Abby Dickson for convincing me not to take my computer. You are a back and money saver. I will miss it very much though.
