Peace and Love Tour
Today we drove from Jabiru to Mardugal 1 camp ground, which was a 50km drive. After we got there and set up we went to the cultural centre to do some weaving but it turned out that it wasn’t running that day so we went on to the Yellow River walk instead, except that was closed too. We saw a croc in the distance tying to sneak up on a bird and after that we went back to the camp site and played games for a few hours until we went off to do a 2km loop walk. But when what we presumed we had done most of the walk the trail got completely covered by long grass and weeds so we decided not to take our chances and we went the long way back. We had marshmallows by the fire before bed (Editor’s Note: actually we didn’t have marshmallows – we talked about it but we never actually did it).
