Peace and Love Tour
Today we left the caravan park late (Editor’s Note: It wasn’t that late, it was 10am) and then went to the old Darwin Gaol called Fannie Bay Goal. We discovered that Darwin was first called Palmerston but then changed to Darwin but recently they built what is now as Palmerston City near Darwin. Then we went to the museum which was nowhere near as good as the one in Melbourne but it did have Sweetheart the famous crocodile and a Cyclone Tracey exhibit. Then we went to the botanical gardens where my grandmother went for scenic walks while we ate scrumptious milkshakes and lunch. Me (Orion) and my Dad had toasties, Mars had scones and my Mum had eggs with various extras.
Editor's Note: In other exciting news, we got an email today saying our spa permit has been approved so now we can finally progress with installing the spa when we get back to Melbourne!
