Back Down To Earth
Left Venice today with a heavy heart. Time to move on and find new and exciting things to do and see. Caught the train to Naples. A very pleasant trip and an extremely slack day on the travelling trail. Got to Naples around 6 pm and headed to our AirBnb. The AirBnb is on the 5th floor of a building facing the harbor. An extraordinary view of Naples. Went for a bite to eat and found an extremely local restaurant filled with all Italian families and run by a bunch of brothers who were very lively and noisy. As authentic an atmosphere as we will ever see. We just laughed the whole time while not really knowing what was going to happen next. The atmosphere had a real excitement to it as it was the Champions Cup Final. Big party happening in this part of the world as club football championship is

Napoli (Naples)
Left Venice today with a heavy heart. Time to move on and find new and exciting things to do and see. Caught the train to Naples. decided. The whole city was cheering for Real Madrid because in Naples they hate their rival city Juventus. When Real Madrid scored the whole city screamed with joy and groaned when Juventus scored. In the end Real Madrid won and the city was all fireworks for the next hour. Quite the party and really glad we got to experience it. It was like the seventh game of the Stanley Cup final. All in all a very good day and evening in a new place.
