Back Down To Earth
Villa Borghese was the mission today. Slept until 8 and had a slow breakfast and packed. We moved locations to an Airbnb. Time to start living cheaper. The first 2 nights were bought off air miles so we were staying in a motel. Now it changes and it should be interesting. Nice place and good host, but the sofa bed we will sleep on in the living room will make it interesting. She gave us a few hints about the Villa Borghese park before we left. Went to the Gallery Borghese which has quite a collection of renowned art and sculptures. Spent a couple hours looking through the gallery. Very interesting stuff. Think I can only do that once in a while! My back hurt after that and in a way it was like shopping with the girls. Not really my cup of tea, but

good to see and experience. On the way out of the park we found a spot that overlooked the city. What an incredible view! All you see are church domes and towers of ancient buildings. Reminded us of how little we have seen in this marvelous place. Leaving tomorrow for Florence but will be back next spring to catch a few of the places we missed.
