Family Europe Trip, June-August 2018
Menton is a town on the French Riviera in southeast France. It’s known for beaches and gardens such as the Serre de la Madone garden, showcasing rare plants.
Our accomodation is great as it is only across the road from the beach. The apartment is in a very narrow street. It consist of only one room with two sofas but it’s all we need. Comfort and LOCATION!
Luka is very lucky to be able to celebrate his 14th birthday in Menton - France. We arrived on the beach at 10.30am and hired recliners and umbrella. Zak met some randome French boys on the beach and spent hours jumping of the platform and communicating with the boys in English while Luka rested on the recliners. B'day style. :)
Menton also has a few beaches and crowding was not an issue.
It is very close to the Italian border. Only 2 kms from our apartment.
Fresh prince of Bel air on television was a hit for the boys. They were in heaven. Menton is HIGHLY recommended!
