Family Europe Trip, June-August 2018

Bari is a port city on the Adriatic Sea and the capital of southern Italy’s Puglia region. It’s maze like old town. Surrounded by narrow streets, the 11th century Basilica di San Nicola, a key pilgrimage site, holds some of St. Nicholas’ remains.
We arrived to Bari (Italy) on a Jadrolinia Ferry from Bar-Montenegro. As our arrival to Italy was late at night we booked accommodation in Basilica di Ssasn Nicola. It was great. Accommodation was fantastic, clean and convenient. The inside walls were made out of large sandstone. They have a few beaches but due to short visit we were unable to go for a swim. Night life is definitely busy and happy.
