Family Europe Trip, June-August 2018

Eze is a Commune in the Alpes-Maritmes department in southeastern France, not far from the city of Nice. First populated around 2000BC. This village has an enormous history behind it worth reading. The views from the top were amazing.

As we completed the breath taking views at Eze, we decide to drive through Monaco. Monaco is a tiny independent city-state on France’s Mediterranean coastline known for its upscale casinos, yacht-lined harbor and prestigious Grand Prix motor race, which runs through Monaco’s streets once a year. We drove through a tunnel where formula one runs through and saw some crazy, enormous and way too big yachts that i just couldn’t believe someone actually owns it. To me it was just ridiculous, but hey if you have the money why not. :)

Finally we were back in Manton. Oh, back to some sort normality where people drive normal cars and yachts are smaller. We hit the beach again for the last time as we are off to Switzerland tomorrow.

France also played in Word Cup 2018 and won 2-0 against Uruguay. The streets were full of happiness, tooting, jumping, flag waving and dancing. France was over the moon and now in semifinals playing Belgium.
