My landlady got hold of two VIP tickets to the Argentinian polo final so today was the polo day. Apparently it´s quite big in Argentina. Neither of us was specifically interested in the game, and looking at the horses treated so harshly did not feel right, so we left the lounge during the second break to walk in the area. We found very nice horse sculptures.

Neither of us was specifically interested in the game, and looking at the horses treated so harshly did not feel right, so we left the lounge during the second break to walk in the area. We found very nice horse sculptures.
Accross the street we found Distrito Arcos, the old railway arches of the San Martin train line renovated into a hip cafe zone and wonderful green spaces. Some parts of the viaduct are decorated with street art, so typical for Buenos Aires and so nice!
