You haven't been to Argentina if you haven't seen Iguazú! I didn't make it the first time I went to Baires, so this time it was a must. We stayed in Puerto Iguazú and visited the Argentinean side first. The city itself does not have anything interesting to offer so we focused on the waterfalls.
First thing we saw all around the park were the caution signs. The park is basically invaded by coatis which look very cute, are not afraid to approach the visitors and REALLY love their food. They can seriously injure you, so you have to be very careful if you want to take any food out of your pocket. Of course I took some pictures of this cuties but they didn't get any food from me.

Puerto de Iguazú
You haven't been to Argentina if you haven't seen Iguazú! I didn't make it the first time I went to Baires, so this time it was a must. We stayed in Puerto Iguazú and visited the Argentinean side first. The city itself does not have anything interesting to offer so we focused on the waterfalls.
First thing we saw all around the park were the caution signs. The park is basically invaded by coatis which look very cute, are not afraid to approach the visitors and REALLY love their food. We did the paths above the waterfalls first and the obligatory boat tour (highly recommended!). The boat took us very close to the waterfall and made several "divings" into the stream, which meant a total shower and not a single thread left dry! The water was reddish and felt dirty, a very unusual color for my eyes. But it made it even more unbelivable.
The second day we went to the Brazilian side which is the most important one according to the Brazilians :) It was very impressive, you could approach the Devil's Throat from a side and see all the waterfalls from the distance of a stretched hand!
Then we continued up to see the Devil's Throat. The magestic tropical waterfalls with tremendous amount of water falling just all around you cannot be compared with the Niagara falls that for me have been the most impressive ones so far.
