El Ateneo is one of the most beautiful book stores in the world, you can wander here the whole day, checking out all kinds of books, than grab a coffee at the cafeteria situated on what used to be the scene and, if you are lucky, listen to a nice piano performance. But whatever happens, DO NOT take books with you to the restrooms - this is what the signs say everywhere in the store!
