Peace and Love Tour
We didn’t go anywhere today which meant we could do whatever we wanted around Coffin Bay. In the morning we drove to the lookout in Coffin Bay National Park and walked along the beach. We found an old bait trap on the beach and felt the softest sand we have ever felt, it was like velvet.
After lunch we went to Farm Beach where we put our wetsuits on and went into the water. We saw a stingray after we almost stood on it! We had a war with these straw balls that we found all over the beach. We think they grew from some sort of sea grass, which we dunked in the sea to make them wet. It sort of ended up being halfway between a snow ball fight and a water bomb fight. Farm Beach is right next to Gallipoli Beach where they filmed the Gallipoli movie so it was an appropriate place to have a war we thought.
