Peace and Love Tour

We finally didn’t have to set off early today! Last night we had left an overnight fishing hook hidden on the jetty behind the caravan park but when we woke up to go get it this morning someone had found it and had cut off the hook the sinker and the fish which we had probably caught! This also meant we had no more hook or sinker which means we can’t go fishing again until we buy some more.

In Port Lincoln we went to the info centre and the supermarket. We also had to get a new antenna because the old one snapped. We had fish and chips from lunch from a fantastic seafood shopt called “The Fish Place” then we hit the road again. We stopped at Port Lincoln National Park where we went on hike to the top of Stamford Hill and when we got to the top we were met with a spectacular view (Editor’s note: and whilst admiring the view I got stung by a bee and ended up with a giant swollen patch on my arm but today’s author didn’t feel this was worth a mention). Then we drove to Coffin Bay. When we got there we went to check out the beach but it wasn’t any good for swimming.
