Peace and Love Tour
When we set off for the day we managed to get out without smashing the lights on the caravan like we did on the way into the rest stop last night so that was a good start to the day. We were on the road really early because our bodies were still thinking we were in South Australia so we woke up early.
We stopped for a quick break and the info sign told us we were not in the part of the Australian continent which is the oldest land mass on the whole Earth!
We drove for a few hours then stopped at Norseman to get food and info. The only interesting thing we saw when driving was an Emu. We organised a mine tour in Kalgoorlie for tomorrow and decided to change our original plan and spend tonight in Kalgoorlie instead of Norseman.
When we drove into Kalgoorlie we could see waste dirt from the super pit piled up like mountains all around the town. We swam in the pool and had dinner at a fantastic buffet.

‘A road stop near Balladonia’ to Norseman to Kalgoorlie
