Peace and Love Tour

Today we drove South again and stopped at the Devils Marbles where we went on a few short walks. The Devils Marbles are rounded granite formations made from magma cooling 1700 million years ago. We also stopped at Wycliffe Well which is known as the UFO centre of Australia because of all the mysterious UFO sightings there. We drove 230km to our camp spot which was a road stop and nothing else really happened.

Editor's Note: Mars is now so bored of driving that he demands we make up maths questions for him to answer while we drive. Here are some samples of today's questions.
1. I give 1/4 of an enormous block of chocolate to Orion. He decides to give 2/5 or his portion of the chocolate to Mars. How much of the original block of chocolate does Mars get?
2. If I have only pigs and chickens in an enclosure and there are a total of 32 legs in the enclosure and exactly 12 animals, how many pigs are there and how many chickens?
3. A shop sells red skins for 50c and milkos for 20c. I am going to give you $5 to spend at the shop but you have to spend exactly $5, no more or less. What is the maximum number of lollies you can buy if you have to buy at least one of each type of lolly?
4. In a box I have 17 chickens. They each lay 13 eggs a week for 5 weeks. On the third week three more chickens are added to the box, they also lay 13 eggs each week. How many eggs are laid in the 5 weeks? (Note: after some discussion we established the chickens were actually living in a chicken coop not a box for 5 weeks).
