Started the day with a Metro ride to Arlington Cemetery and a stunning walk over the Memorial Bridge into Washington. The cherry blossoms are still coming out, but were still terrific. We took in many of the major memorials: Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson, Vietnam, Korea, FDR, and were happy to see what a terrific job they did with the new Martin Luther King Memorial ... the latest "must see" for anyone going to Washington.
