Sam came to collect Richard so he could drive mums car back. I went for a coffee & then walked up to meet Aunty Anne, Uncle Alan, Tracy & Sophie at Mums new apartment. We then headed to Lynne’s. The sat nav took us a different route which included a big hill & single lane, Tracy wasn’t keen & the rest of the car thought we were lost. Luckily I saw the cart horse in the field & knew we’d turned onto the correct road. Jackie & her husband Paul were there.
Later in the day, Jackie, Paul & Tracy & co having left, Molly’s friend Sam & her fiancé Josh arrived. Bruce had bbq’d & after eating, Mum headed for a rest, Molly & Sam had a mock wedding as Josh wants to buy a house before getting married & Sam wants to get married & then buy a house, we then played boule in teams, Mum slept for about three hours, we were actually starting to worry about her & were checking her every 20 mins. We then played “who am I” with post it notes. By this time we were hungry again, so Bruce again fired up the bbq, we then headed inside, Lynne ordered a taxi for me & I headed home, it was about 8.30pm. I had a FB chat with Richard & then watched an episode of Poldark & went to bed.
