South Africa

We awoke to a clear blue sky & no flooding!! As the forecast wasn’t so good we headed to the beach for a walk along the foreshore. On our return the wind started to pick up & we were again buffeted with sand.
We had a nice coffee & headed to the supermarket Richard was keen to cook a roast & we settled on chicken with beetroot & baby carrots, a lot of the vegetables were packaged in large quantities.
After lunch we relaxed & I did some embroidery whilst Richard watched EPL. We walked within the complex & used some of the gym equipment. The weather was nice all day, although windy.
