Today, I took a trip to Mont Saint Michel, a fairytale-like castle on an island. In the past, the Mont was a monastery where monks lived and prayed.
It was a beautiful day. In fact, it was almost hot outside. It was perfect for wandering around, looking into the shops, and exploring the maze of stairs and paths. After a few hours of walking around, we relaxed in a garden and soaked up the sun.
The Mont was as beautiful as the pictures. It was magical and inspiring. I really enjoyed the day.
