Geneva

Today we said goodbye to Chatel (after getting our last yummy treats from the bakery) and headed to Geneva which is the last stop in our adventure. We were sad to leave but ready to get home.

When we arrived in Geneva we made our way to a pizza place because Reilly had to try pizza in every country we went to. Turns out it was a good choice. Yummy pizza and pasta. We didn't realize that it is Swiss National Day. We took a boat to the old town and walked around but all the shops were closed for the holiday. It was probably for the best since most of the shops were super fancy. For

dinner we convinced the kids to go to an Indian restaurant. I'm so glad we did. The food was amazing. Penelope had chicken with lemon and olives and she loved it. I was proud of her for trying it. On our walk home we saw some fireworks over the lake. A pretty good end to our trip.
