Buonasera.
Needed to have a day off being a tourist today. After breakfast I returned to our lovely room here at the peaceful Villa Magnolia and Johnny went out on his own.
Spent a little time getting up-top-date with my Diary and then 'fixed up' my hair. Very pleased at this moment that I made an appointment with my hairdresser when I get home.
Johnny phoned around 2.30. He was down at the bottom of the hill, so I went down to join him and we had lunch at a restaurant there which had a 4 star recommendation on Tripadvisor. I simply had pizza, salad and a chocolate desert. The pizza must have been one of the best I have ever eaten and the chocolate desert was heavenly.
We got a taxi back up the hill and rested for the afternoon. Just as well we have 4 more days here. We need the extra time to see everything.
