This trip was meant to happen in 2020 but we all know what happened, so it got cancelled. Three years later and off we go! Road trip across Europe. Starting from Portugal, crossing Spain, France and finishing in Italy.

We depart Adelaide on the 30th July at 09:10am, straight to Singapore, connecting flight to London and then Portugal. We should arrive in Lisbon 31st July at 16:45pm.

We have car rental waiting for us and we have booked our first night accommodation at the Turim Iberia Hotel in Lisbon, next morning we make our way up north to Vila de Conde.

First up we have Portugal. Looking forward to seeing family, eat delicious food, attend a football match, eat a bola de berlim at the beach and walk the streets of Alfama.

We have arrived! After what felt like forever, we have arrived at our first destination, Lisbon Portugal. Once we landed, we picked up our rental car and made our way to the hotel. Between super crazy traffic and getting lost, we eventually found our hotel.
The receptionist recommended the "O Furnil' for dinner and it didn't disappointment. The plan for tomorrow is breakfast, checkout from our hotel and make our way to Povoa de Varzim. For now we are all exhausted which means its an early bed time for us all.
