We have made it into France.

Yesterday morning we left Barcelona and made our way to Montpellier, France. The journey was a total of 343 kms.
We stayed at the Best Western Hotel for the night. No sightseeing happened as we were all tired, just wanted to put our feet up and be under the aircon.

This morning after breakfast, we checked-out and drove another 304 kms to reach our next destination Vallauris. We are here for the next 3 nights, leave Monday the 28th August. Vallauris reminds me of the Algarve. Our Airbnb apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach.

We freshened up and got ready for dinner. Made our way to the beachside esplanade. So many restaurants to choose from. First one we stopped at, was fully booked, that's okay as the next had availability. Food was amazing. Just to compare, 5 plates of food and 5 drinks cost 144 euros. Aussie dollar $242. After dinner we strolled down the esplanade exploring. Diogo, Claudia and Rui just keep admiring the yachts.

Vallauris is certainly breathtaking.
