Real Madrid Stadium, Birthday and Food, lots of Food.

This morning's adventure took us to "Bernabeu - Real Madrid FC". The boys were very excited to say the least. We toured the museum and stadium. Finished our visit with Diogo buying himself a very expensive Real Madrid jersey.

We caught uber back to our Airbnb, to freshen up before going out for lunch. The girls wanted Taco Bell, while the rest of us wanted to eat tapas at San Miguel mercado.

We could easily just spend the whole afternoon moving from stall to stall eating all the food! What an experience! We washed down the food with Beer and Sangria, the best Sangria I have ever had.

Back to the Airbnb we went for a nanna nap, most probably suffering from food coma. But we won't done yet, 4pm came and we wanted Churros.

Today is also Rui's birthday. Before leaving Australia, I had booked his birthday dinner at the Botin Restaurant. It is the oldest restaurant in the world, as per the Guiness Book of Records. Dinner was booked for 8pm. We ordered the suckling pig with roasted vegetables. They actually show you the whole suckling pig before they cut it up and serve it to you. Maddie wasn't a fan of the meal but everyone else loved it.
