So this morning I left thinking I would go to the Exploratorium but it wasn't open yet. So I walked out on to Pier 7 to get some shots of the Transamerica Pyramid from here O kept walking until I ended up at Fishermans Wharf.

I walked around some of the shops and also got some photos and videos of the sealions.

From here I returned to the Exploratorium and went inside, think of it as an interactive museum where all the exhibits are interactive and science based. There were a couple of highlights for me. 1. 'Sweeper Clock' - a video of two janitors sweeping two lines of trash which form the clock hands
2. A giant maze made out of only toothpicks and glue which has a number of tracks that ping pong balls can go down. The maze has many of the famous San

Fran spots included in it.

After that I walked up and down the water front a couple of times and eventually got some lunch from the Ferry Building. After lunch I went to TCHO (chocolate factory) unfortunately the tour was full but I did buy a TCHOShot which tasted pretty good even though I'm not a dark chocolate fan.

After that I caught up with the final two from TrekAmerica still in San Fran, the two Danish girls (Nadia and Maria). They were flying out tonight so spent sometime with them and said the final goodbyes.

This evening David had a boys night planned for us which I had no idea what to expect. In the end he had hired a Tesla Electric car which was a pretty fancy and very comfortable car with quick acceleration. We drove over the Golden Gate Bridge (I have now walked, biked and driven across the bridge) and went up to a lookout that had you about the same height as the gates on the bridge with the city in behind. Got a few photos in some pretty cold wind.

Got back in the car and very quickly got the seat heaters back up to a good temperature. We drove over to twin peaks to see the sunset but there was too much cloud but some of the photos look awesome anyway. We returned the car and then

topped off the night with an American original 'Pecan Pie'. Can't say I'm normally a fan of nutty things but it was pretty nice.

Time for bed, check back in tomorrow.
