Today we went in to the actual park to have a look at some of the sights in the park including a couple of different waterfalls. Some of the others went off on a hike and some hired bikes. Four of us decided that we would utilize the free shuttle and first headed to the Mirror Lakes.

Day 14 - Trekamerica - Yosemite National Park

Today we went in to the actual park to have a look at some of the sights in the park including a couple of different waterfalls. Some of the others went off on a hike and some hired bikes. Four of us decided that we would utilize the free shuttle and first headed to the Mirror Lakes.
Other than being a nice walk there was nothing extremely amazing out there and the path didn't seem to be ending so we ended up doing a small river crossing in some extremely cold water.
After that we stopped to get some lunch, we were then running out of time so speedily made our way to the Yosemite Falls and got some photos and made our way back to the van.
On the way back to the accommodation we stopped and a Sequoia grove and walked down to see one that had its trunk dug out so you could walk under and then also one that had fallen and hollowed out so you walk through it.
We stopped on the way back and got some more drinks so we could have another big night before arriving in San Francisco the next night when some of the group would be flying out that night.
