Woke up to beautiful sunshine and could really appreciate the beauty of this place. Our little garden is filled with so many different types of tropical trees. We ordered breakfast and it was served up in the gardens here. I wanted a jaffle but apparently they were out if bread so i had a chocolate banana pancake which was huge, a bit rubbery but quite tasty, was stuffed after half.
We decided today was going to be a lazy day and the day we would learn canasta and relax swim and eat. After breakfastwe studied the rules i had brought with me and had a little practice.
After we went for a walk around Tuk tuk. Its very laid back and quiet, infact pretty dead, no one touts for business. It was interesting looking at all the different guesthouses i had researched back at the beginning of the year. I think we have the best one, not so luxurious bu in a lovely setting and very cheap at about £7 a night.
We had a late lunch at jennys and i had guacamole in a a taco like thing abit like a deep fried wrap. It was yummy. The rest of the day we relaxed played lots of canasta had a few drinks and not much else. For supper we went to oraris and we must have waited 1 hour 45 mins for our supper, but we had a great laugh playing cards and drinking the local bintang. Unlike theolder couple on the table next to us who got thouroughly pissed off. Went to bed about 10.30 after a very enjoyable day.
