We took a streetcar down to the pier where we caught a cruise around the bay. That included a trip around Alcatraz and right under the Golden Gate Bridge.
After that, our dear friend Owen joined us for lunch. Owen moved from Baltimore to Sacramento a few years ago. She and I were part of The Soundchecks. We played music in some of Baltimore's best
dive bars. After lunch, we spent a couple of hours going through the songs we could remember in our San Francisco debut, in a park in North Beach.
