John and Selina's Drive Across Country
I'm not going to bury the lead in this one: I broke the law today. I won 25 cents today playing poker. It was at a machine, so none of the powers that be noticed. I wasn't as lucky as one of my preschool friends who won $100 when he went to Vegas, but I decided to quit while I was ahead - and before I ended up in jail.
Daddy and I went to dinner with my Great Aunt Sylvia and Great Uncle Bob. For dinner, I had a burger and fries, as well as a killer chocolate milkshake.
We drove through a lot of desert today. I saw cacti for the first time. Not very big cacti, but cacti nonetheless.
