Day 20
We both were up early, ate some breakfast downstairs (Larry made his last waffles on this trip. He is pretty good at that waffle iron!!!) and were on the road at 8:15 am heading North. Brother kept checking the temperature in Kerhonkson, then back to the Key West temperature. I thought he was going to jump from our moving vehicle and hitch hike all the way back to the Keys. It just kept getting colder as we got closer to home and oh, by the way, the roads got worse too.

We pulled into his driveway around 4 pm. He had such a sad look on his face when he had to actually put gloves and his winter cap on. We did have such an amazing trip together! It was the first time in our lives that we spent 3 weeks alone and it was so much fun! We are already looking forward to next year's trip. Bristol Speedway - here we come!!!!
