Day 10
We left Sonny's place at 9:30 am and stopped at a local Quick Care so Larry could get some medicine. He has a sinus infection that's been bugging him the last few days. So we decided not to go far because we were both tired and needed to rest a bit. So we booked into a Comfort Suites in Lady Lake, FL. Awesome little city! Shirlee, our front desk lady, referred Larry and I to a wonderful Italian place called Francesco's Ristorante. We agreed that this has been the best meal so far. We then came back to the hotel, put laundry in the washer and took a dip in the outdoor's pool which was a balmy 85 degrees. Yes, it was like bath water! I'm so relaxed now.

So now our exciting story for tonight! As soon as we got here today, I tried to get us into the Key West Naval Air Station and was told they were completely booked up for the next week and beyond. I then looked into different hotels and they were all way pricey. So we both decided we would just do Key West another trip. We ate dinner and proceeded with our evening. Well, I got this feeling when I returned to our room that I should call the base again one last time. The feeling was so strong. So I did! A wonderful woman, Phyllis proceeded into checking even though I told her I just called 2 hours prior and nothing was available. Well, it was a good thing I was sitting down because she said that someone just canceled and now the type of room that Larry and I like came available for Friday-Monday (3 nights) starting tomorrow. Phyllis and I both praised God for this wonderful blessing and I ran out of our room to find my brother! He couldn't believe it either! Well, tomorrow is going to be an early morning for us because we are 8 hours away and we are very excited!!!!

So I'll say Good Night and see you all tomorrow in the Keys!!!
