Day 7
We left the Naval Base at 10:45 am with a light rain heading out to grab brunch. We ate a Cracker Barrel and then headed to the World's Largest Rocking Chair. It was way cool! Our next destination was the Busted Wrench Garage Museum right there in Gulfport, MS. This shop at a store front, a show room and a back working garage painting and repairing all kinds of vehicles. My personal favorite was a Model A and Larry's was a 1970 Chevy SS convertible chevelle.

We then drove along the Gulf Coast through Biloxi, MS heading to Mobile, AL. I showed Larry where I did my technical training for the Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base. I also showed him where I used to race 3-wheelers on the beach on my weekends. We arrived at "The Hangout" in Gulf Shores, AL where we stopped for our daily meal. This was a great place right on the beach!

We arrived at NAS Whiting Field (Naval Air Station), Milton, FL at 7:30 pm for our night's stay.
