I felt so happy to run! I was thinking on the way home that only when I have been running in a new place where I’m living, I feel truly grounded and at peace with the place. So today was the day that I truly landed in Lisboa with my mind, body and soul. That’s feels so good!
So far Lisbon treat me very nice. I love the atmosphere and energy here. Today I went to Parque Florestal de Monsanto for a small trail run. It was so nice! Despite my efforts with factor 30 for about four times, I still managed to get sunburned.
But if that’s the worst thing of your day, life is good. Thank you sun.

I felt so happy to run! I was thinking on the way home that only when I have been running in a new place where I’m living, I feel truly grounded and at peace with the place. So today was the day that I truly landed in Lisboa with my mind, body and soul. That’s feels so good!
